Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. Once your order has been processed, you will receive a notification with tracking information.

Please note that during peak seasons, promotions, or holidays, processing times may be slightly extended.

Shipping Locations

To offer competitive pricing and fast delivery, PetCove Online ships products from multiple warehouse and fulfillment centers. These may be located domestically or internationally depending on the item ordered.

Because items may ship from different locations, orders containing multiple products may arrive in separate packages and at different times.

Shipping Times

Estimated shipping times vary based on product availability, destination, and fulfillment location:

  • Standard Shipping: 1–7 business days

These are estimated delivery times and not guaranteed. Delivery delays can occur due to factors outside our control, such as carrier delays, customs processing, weather conditions, or incorrect shipping information.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location, order weight, and selected shipping method. Any applicable shipping costs will be clearly displayed before you complete your purchase.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking details. Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after shipment.

Please ensure all shipping information is accurate and complete at checkout. PetCove Online is not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

While we strive to meet estimated delivery times, delays may occur due to:
